As a designer, I’m often stuck with a particular vision or look in my head that I am trying to create…. so then comes the dilemma… is it high end or low spend?
I give you 2 tables, 1 of them costs £89 whilst the other costs £436. Ok they are not identical but they are similar and create the look, so only die hard design fans need flash the cash

Hey. Can’t say I like either table but in my opinion the high end definitely looks the better of the two. I would always advise to spend more if you can afford it. The product is much more likely to endure. I’m of the high end school of thought
I absolutely agree Gerard but also at the same time I actually like the wooden table and think it could work better in certain situations. There is only so much scrimping you can do before things look cheap so it’s best to strike a balance across all in my opinion because I also hate things that are too polished
wood all the way for me, more natural, although I can’t say I would buy either merely stating my preference of material x
